- All artworks available for purchase on the website are ready-to-ship, original, one-of-a-kind pieces, accompanied by a digital Certificate of Authenticity and a Brazilian electronic invoice (NFe).
- Each piece is carefully packaged by a specialized team, ensuring optimal protection throughout transit.
- For international purchases, choose “Local Pickup” at checkout. Our team will reach out via email with timelines, a shipping quote, and next steps to complete the shipment.
SHIPPING TIMES

Dispatch timeframe: Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.

Carriers: Shipments are made via Correios, LATAM Cargo, or JadLog; delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Important note: During company holidays and public holidays, timelines may be adjusted. Any changes will be clearly communicated on the website or directly to the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Artwork damaged in transit: If the piece arrives damaged, the customer may choose between:
• Return of the piece for a full refund; or
• Restoration of the piece, plus a 20% reimbursement of the amount paid as compensation. -
Right of withdrawal: You may request a return within the legal timeframe (7 calendar days for online purchases under Brazilian consumer law).
